 Understanding Children’s Work in Bangladesh
The inter-agency report was launched in Dhaka on 17 November 2011, in the presence of the Secretaries of the Ministries of Women and Children Affairs and of the Ministry of Labour and Employment. UCW country statistics on core child labour, schooling and related indicators were recently updated. UCW survey database now contains over 300 datasets for 100 developing countries; in 74 of these countries, data are available for more than one point in time.

 National employment stakeholders forum and child labour workshop in Rwanda
The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) organized the Rwanda Employment Stakeholders Forum Workshop, on 27-28 June 2011 in Kigali.  Consultation with the National Statistical Office of Cameroon
Representatives from the National Statistical Office and ILO – Yaoundé participated in a mission to the UCW secretariat in Rome as part of the research cooperation on child labour, youth employment and migration in Cameroun.
